What is a WhatsApp template message?+−
A template is a pre-approved message format required by Meta when you initiate a conversation. Wadwin's template manager lets you create, submit, and track approvals directly from your dashboard.
How many team members can I add?+−
Starter supports 3 members, Growth supports 10, and Scale supports up to 50. Invite teammates from the Team page inside your dashboard.
Is my data secure?+−
Yes. All data is stored in a dedicated Supabase database with row-level security. Authentication is handled by Clerk with multi-factor authentication and Google sign-in support.
What happens after I create an account?+−
Creating an account does not start a free plan. Messaging needs a subscription or credits, and an admin can set a trial. You are not asked for a card when you sign up.
Can I send bulk messages?+−
