What is a Wadwin number?
A Wadwin number is a virtual phone number provisioned by our team on your behalf. We register it with the WhatsApp Business API, set up your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and send you the credentials — WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and Access Token — ready to paste into Wadwin.
You never need to log into Meta Business Manager, verify your business, or deal with carrier OTP codes. We handle all of that.

How it works
During onboarding, select 'Get a number from Wadwin'. Choose your country, number type (mobile or landline), and enter your contact email. Takes under a minute.
Our team sources a virtual number from a carrier partner in your region and registers it with the WhatsApp Business API. We create a WABA on your behalf.
Once your number is live, we send your WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and a permanent System User Access Token to your contact email.
Go to Wadwin → Settings → WhatsApp Numbers → Connect number. Paste in the credentials we sent. Your inbox is live immediately.
Pricing
A monthly fee applies for the virtual number. The exact cost depends on your country and number type. Our team will confirm the pricing before activating your number — there are no surprises.

Important notes
- The number is provisioned on your behalf — it is tied to your Wadwin workspace
- You cannot use this number on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business App simultaneously
- If you cancel your Wadwin subscription, you will need to arrange number portability separately
- Availability depends on your country — contact us if your country is not listed
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep the number if I leave Wadwin?
Yes — the number is registered in your name. If you leave Wadwin, you can migrate it to another WhatsApp Business API provider (like 360dialog or Twilio) or request a port-out. Contact our support team and we'll assist with the transfer.
What countries are supported?
We currently support Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. If your country is not listed, select 'Other' and we'll do our best to source a number for you.
How is this different from connecting my own number?
When you connect your own number, you manage the Meta Business Manager setup yourself — creating a WABA, verifying your business, and generating access tokens. With a Wadwin number, we do all of that for you. You just paste in the credentials we send.
Can I send and receive messages with this number?
Yes — a Wadwin-provisioned number supports full two-way messaging via the WhatsApp Business API. You can send and receive messages, use message templates, and run broadcast campaigns.
What happens if I already have a WhatsApp Business App on this number?
The number we provision is a fresh virtual number — it has never been registered with WhatsApp. You do not need to migrate or disconnect anything.
